Aldi Supermarkets To Sell Lottery Tickets Across UK Stores

The well-known budget grocery store, Aldi, is partnering with UK National Lottery manager, Camelot, to offer lottery tickets in their entire network of 900 UK locations.

Beginning in the following month, customers can conveniently purchase lottery tickets at the checkout alongside their groceries at Aldi. The store will feature popular games such as Lotto, EuroMillions, Set For Life, and Thunderball. This nationwide launch follows a successful pilot program of lottery sales in select northern England branches.

Richard Thornton, Aldi UK’s Communications Director, expressed enthusiasm for providing shoppers with an opportunity to win large sums while shopping at their stores.

Camelot’s Retail Director, Jenny Blogg, echoed the sentiment, stating that this collaboration simplifies participation in the National Lottery.
