They are already demonstrating advancement – females currently occupy 46% of mid-level management positions and 32% of senior leadership roles.
The corporation is also dedicated to environmental sustainability, with an aspiration of attaining carbon neutrality by 2050. This encompasses initiatives such as reducing water consumption, minimizing waste sent to landfills, and decreasing their overall environmental impact.
