Benedict MacDonald has assumed the position of General Manager at Wizard Games. This follows shortly after Jorgennador Airadural’s placement as Director of Game Technology and Simon Jagd’s as Director of Game Studio.
A subsidiary of NeoGames SA, Wizard Games is strengthening its leadership team with MacDonald’s addition. A seasoned professional with an impressive 18 years in the iGaming sector, MacDonald contributes a wealth of knowledge. His notable history includes establishing and heading the Green Jade Group as CEO for half a decade.
MacDonald’s career is distinguished by successful periods at well-known companies such as Mr Green, PokerStars, and Betfair, where he refined his abilities in various capacities. Now, he joins Wizard Games, lending his proficiency to the executive team overseen by Pariplay Managing Director Adrian Bailey.
Adrian Bailey conveyed his faith in MacDonald, remarking, “Wizard Games maintains its remarkable global expansion, and Benedict’s vast experience will be indispensable as we strive to achieve even greater milestones.”
MacDonald expressed his excitement, stating, “Joining Wizard Games at such a pivotal moment thrills me. I am eager to utilize my expertise to drive the studio to new levels and leave a lasting mark on the worldwide gaming scene.”
Sorcerer Entertainment beckons gamers to assemble their team and prepare for an exhilarating robbery in their newest release, “Big Score,” under the directives of the head honcho.
This arrives hot on the heels of significant developments for Modern Games, Sorcerer Entertainment’s parent company, as they revealed a substantial agreement earlier this week to be purchased by Blueblood for $1.2 billion.
Intriguingly, this transpires after the exit of Sorcerer’s former Chief Director, Joseph Swift, back in April 2023.
